Terms of Service

I will draw:

• Original characters
• Fanart (anime, cartoons, games)
• Furries
• Armor
_{References must be provided}

I won't draw:

• NSFW or suggestive
• Gore (minor injury OK)
• IRL people
• Robots/mech
• Hateful content

Payment & Refunds

• Payment through VGen (international) or bank transfer (local)
• Payment will be requested full upfront.
• Each additional character will be charged 100% of the base price
• The prices listed are base rates. I may charge extra depending on the complexity of the commission
• There will be no refunds after the sketch stage is approved

Process

• Commissions may take around 1 week - 1 month, and it will start once payment is received. Completion time will also depend on queue
• Major revisions can only be made during the sketch stage (maximum 2 times)
• Communication regarding the commission will be through twitter (@daysneezes) or email ([email protected])

Rights & Permissions

• I have the right to decline a commission, and the right to stop working on a commission due to poor behavior
• I have the right to post the commissioned artwork on online platforms
• Commissions are for personal use ONLY. You are not permitted to resell the commission for merch, adoptables, or the like
• You are not permitted to use my commissions for NFT, crypto, or AI
